Philipp Jochimczyk founded pjmc in 2024 as an independent senior advisor. The roots lie with Prof. Roll & Pastuch — a multiple-award-winning top-management consultancy for pricing, strategy and sales.
What was reserved there for decades exclusively for large corporations, pjmc makes available to ambitious start-ups and mid-sized businesses: excellent Commercial Excellence methods that deliver directly measurable gains in EBIT and valuation.

About the founder.
Philipp Jochimczyk combines eight years of pricing, strategy and sales experience with entrepreneurial instinct and is a silent partner in a vegan e-commerce label.
As a specialist author and consultant, he makes top-management methods accessible to start-ups and mid-sized companies and ensures that scalable, profitable growth is no matter of chance.
Philipp Jochimczyk studied industrial engineering and mechanical engineering at TU Darmstadt and completed his master's with distinction at TU Berlin. After starting his career in business development at a tech start-up, he supported portfolio companies from seed to Series C as a strategist in a VC fund and founded his own organizational consultancy. Alongside pjmc, he remains active on selected projects for Prof. Roll & Pastuch.
